1)   Informal Recruitment will, in fact, be C.O.B. (Continuous Open Bid), however, will carry the "Informal Recruitment" title for clarity to future recruits.

 

2)   "Informal Recruitment" will be designated to have a two week starting period.

 

3)   Each sorority will be allowed to hold four events during the two week period, with no restrictions thereafter.

 

4)   The four events held during the two week period must be presented before the Panhellenic Council to coordinate a start date and to avoid scheduling conflicts.

 

5)   There will be no official bid day set by Panhellenic.

 

6)   Panhellenic will make a set number of ads for Informal Recruitment.  Panhellenic will not restrict any other ads done by individual sororities.

 

7)   After the two week period, C.O.B. rules apply up to the start of the next recruitment period.

 

8)   Contact Names placed on advertisments will be left up to the sorority's discretion.

 

9)   Panhellenic shall not remain anonymous during Informal Recruitment.
